Is Aaron Taylor-Johnson set to be the next James Bond? Rumors that the producers are looking for someone slightly different to play James Bond emerged in June 2017. One of the names who keeps cropping up is Aaron Taylor-Johnson.

During the Philippine ToyCon 2017 last July 1 Charlie Bewley, one of the guest international celebrities, let slip during an interview that they were going for a younger Bond and that it would be played by Kick-Ass star Aaron Taylor-Johnson. 

One of the event's attendees shared the clip below capturing the moment the actor suggested Taylor-Johnson could be the next Agent 007. Jump to 13:01 to hear exact moment he said it.


When asked if he could play next Bond, Bewley said,

"That's what i was angling at but they're going for a very very young like an Aaron Taylor-Johnson who plays Kick-Ass, i think he's a tremendous actor who's wise beyond his years."
